The short version
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — subscription tiers, token counts, pasted API responses — are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us. We couldn't look at them if we tried.
What we do collect
- Aggregate analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and tool usage (for example, which calculators get used and whether results were generated). These events carry parameters like which calculator ran — never the numbers you type or anything identifying.
- Local storage: the subscription tracker stores your selections in your browser's localStorage so they survive a page reload. This stays on your device; clearing browser data erases it.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard security logs such as IP address and request time, used for security and abuse prevention.
Pasted API responses
The API cost calculator can parse a pasted API response JSON. That parsing happens with client-side JavaScript inside your browser tab — the pasted text is never uploaded, logged, or transmitted anywhere by this site.
Advertising
This site shows ads, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. We do not control third-party cookies; their own policies apply.
Your choices
- Block analytics or ads with any standard browser extension or tracking blocker — the calculators keep working.
- Clear the tracker at any time with its "Clear all" button or by clearing browser data.
- Contact us at support@aicost.shop about anything privacy-related.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
